Our Commitment

A Different Approach

Our Choose Health program provides content that is age appropriate and medically accurate. We support parents in their right to guide their child to make healthy choices in all areas of life.

Surpassing the basics of nutrition and reproduction, Choose Health dives into science of the brain. This helps gain a better understanding about how our choices impact our health.

Relevant Curriculum

Kids need to learn about making healthy choices, but they want methods that grab their attention. Our fun and engaging lessons will help them apply principles and retain knowledge.

Content for Children and Parents

Our #1 Goal: Keep the dialogue open.

Choose Health, health education for kids will teach kids skills to avoid risky behaviors. However, we acknowledge that parents modeling and telling their children how to make healthy choices is vital. The in person and online seminars will help you feel equipped to have those conversations.
